Dr. Darius Paduch Trial Update
In May 2024, a Manhattan jury found Dr. Darius Paduch guilty on all 11 federal criminal charges that he faced, including:
- 6 counts of inducing an individual to travel to engage in unlawful sexual activity
- 5 counts of inducing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity
Throughout the trial, 11 survivors testified about the abuse they endured, with dozens more providing impact statements during sentencing.
In November 2024, Dr. Paduch was sentenced to life in prison for sexually abusing his patients.
