In May 2024, a Manhattan jury found Dr. Darius Paduch guilty on all 11 federal criminal charges that he faced, including:
- 6 counts of inducing an individual to travel to engage in unlawful sexual activity
- 5 counts of inducing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity

In November 2024, Dr. Paduch was sentenced to life in prison for sexually abusing his patients.
